Terms of Service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and, once available, the QueuePing service. By using either, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the service

QueuePing is a Discord-based matchmaking notification utility for organized five-player VALORANT groups. Its intended purpose is to monitor when a linked five-stack enters a match and to send a notification through Discord, so players do not need to continuously watch the VALORANT client while queuing. This website currently describes a prototype; some features described are planned and are not yet operational, including Riot Sign On account linking.

2. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the service to violate Riot Games' Terms of Service, VALORANT's rules, or any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
  • Use the service to harass, impersonate, or harm any other person.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Riot Games or this project.

3. No cheating or gameplay automation

The service is a matchmaking monitoring and notification utility. It is not, and will not be developed as:

  • A cheat, aim tool, or gameplay automation tool.
  • A tool that provides a competitive advantage during a match.
  • A bot that controls the VALORANT client or game state.
  • A tool for modifying VALORANT game files.
  • A tool for obtaining Riot passwords or credentials.

Any use of the service for purposes inconsistent with this description is a violation of these terms.

4. Account responsibility

Once Riot Sign On integration is available, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of your linked Discord and Riot accounts, and for any activity that occurs through your authorized connection. You should never share your Riot password with this service or any third party; Riot Sign On is designed specifically so that you never need to.

5. Third-party services

The service is designed to depend on third-party platforms, including Riot Games (via Riot Sign On and related APIs) and Discord. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or access restrictions imposed by those third parties.

6. Riot Games disclaimer

QueuePing is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing VALORANT. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

7. Service availability

This project is under active development. Features described on this website, including Riot Sign On account linking and automated notifications, are planned and are not guaranteed to be available on any particular timeline. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation once the service launches.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including in response to changes in Riot Games' developer policies or API availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms, including the acceptable use and no-cheating provisions above. You may stop using the service, and disconnect any linked accounts, at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
