Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected today, while this project is a prototype product website, and what information would be processed if and when the planned Riot Sign On integration is approved and enabled.
1. Information collected by the current website
The website you are viewing now is an informational prototype. It does not include an active login, does not connect to Riot Games or Discord, and does not currently collect Riot Account information, Discord information, or gameplay data.
If you use the contact form on this website, we collect:
- The name and email address you choose to provide.
- The content of the message you submit.
Standard, non-identifying technical information (such as browser type or approximate region) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for basic operation and security, consistent with typical web hosting infrastructure.
2. Information that may be processed once Riot Sign On integration is available
The sections in this policy that describe Riot Account information, Discord information, authentication, or notifications describe our planned production design. None of this is active today. If and when Riot Games approves the required access and the integration is enabled, the production version is intended to work as follows.
3. Riot Account information (planned)
Account linking is intended to use Riot Sign On, Riot's official authentication system. This means the application would never see or store your Riot password. After you explicitly authorize the application, Riot would provide limited account information necessary to identify your account and monitor the relevant matchmaking state for your party.
4. Discord information (planned)
To deliver notifications, the production version is intended to use a Discord identifier (such as a server or channel ID) that you configure, so a message can be sent when your five-stack enters a match. We do not intend to read your private Discord messages or access channels beyond what is required to deliver notifications you configure.
5. Authentication (planned)
Authentication is planned to occur entirely through Riot Sign On. The application will never ask you to type your Riot username or password into this website or any related interface. Authentication tokens issued by Riot would be handled server-side and would not be exposed publicly.
6. Notifications (planned)
The production system is intended to send a notification (for example, through Discord) when it detects that your linked five-player party has entered a match. Notification content is limited to information relevant to that event, such as map and mode.
7. How information is used
Information described in this policy would be used only to:
- Operate the core matchmaking-monitoring and notification functionality.
- Respond to support requests submitted through the contact form.
- Maintain the security and reliability of the service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use account data for advertising.
8. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Once the planned Riot Sign On integration is active, account and configuration data linked to your opt-in would be retained only for as long as your account remains linked, and would be deleted upon disconnection or deletion request, except where retention is required for security or legal purposes.
9. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. Any planned production credentials or tokens would be stored using industry-standard practices for secure storage rather than in plain text, and would not be exposed in client-facing code or public logs. We do not claim compliance with any specific security certification or standard.
10. Third-party services
The planned production version is designed to interact with Riot Games (through Riot Sign On and related VALORANT APIs) and Discord (for delivering notifications). Use of those services is also subject to Riot Games' and Discord's own terms and privacy policies.
11. Your rights and choices
Once the planned integration is active, linking your Riot Account will be entirely opt-in, and you will be able to disconnect it at any time. You can also request deletion of any data associated with your account.
12. Account and data deletion
To request deletion of any information you have provided (including contact form submissions), or to ask about the status of planned account data handling, contact us using the details below.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops, particularly once Riot Sign On integration is approved and enabled. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
